THE GAME IS STILL IN THE BUG TESTING PHASE, IF YOU WANT THE FULL, BUG FREE VERSION, WAIT UNTIL WE ANNOUNCE THE NEXT OFFICIAL RELEASE
So, the bug reports are starting to come in less frequently, and it would seem all game breakers have been fixed for now.
For the next couple of days I will be fixing the minor stuff that has been plaguing the game, such as clipping through walls, people not disappearing when they are supposed to etc. Once I have managed to fix all of this I will release an official version of the game again and take the game out of the bug testing phase.
I will keep an eye on the bug reports and will try to fix everything we know about in the next version.
I don't know when it will be out, but I'm likely taking the weekend off, unless a gamebreaker appears again.
So, thanks for all the work you guys have done! I couldn't have fixed the game without your help :)

Thx for those updates :) .Just spent an hour getting enough money for every upgrade so i can enjoy the rest without having to worry about that part but i am kinda stuck now i red about the town fuar but how do i get there from the castle? (already held the court)
ReplyDeleteat the entrance there is the girl that give you rides on your ship, just talk to her and the option should appear.
DeleteStrange i dont get an option for travelling to fuar when talking to sophie even when loading a save before arriving at the castle and then holding the court without doing any upgrades. I guess i have missed some kind of quest (possibly skipped a main quest before without realizing it). Seems like another bug to fix then :P
Deleteto go to Fuar you need to walk there once first. Go the the first map (after the dungeon) and then instead of going south, go east. And before going there, go take a look at the bulletin in front of the arena in Rei-Long Oak. Unlocks a quest. In any case, no bug, don't worry :P
DeleteThanks a bunch I got it, however i ran into a minor bug. I can only teleport to fuar from the castle now, clicking next doesnt do anything while every other fast-travel-station works fine tough.
Deleteone small bug but noticeable, the mayor event in fuar begins even before you talk to the priest of fuar, making an abrupt continuation to the quest, so you basically get confused by that, but it's nothing like a game breaking thing.
ReplyDeleteOne "Bug" (pun hehe) I found is when I summoned a low level monster, they gave me a bee and I have no idea what triggered it, but after the battle I pulled up the menu and it was still in my party. I could see it's stats and everything. When I entered my next battle, it fought beside me but vanished after the battle. p.s. the Hive Guards are BRUTAL.
ReplyDeleteHive Guards? you mean the giant bugs? you just need to do the other quests first, and try to pick as much ancient stuff as you can, after that they are like paper, i do 1 hit kill on the normal ones and 2 hits on the more harder one.
DeleteI can say one thing, you can pretty much defeat any enemy in this game of right now, like the very first boss of the dungeon the divine starts, you just need to keep your cool and come back later after some easy quests
kobold bones quest:
ReplyDelete-revealed i hunted them, went to the inn to talk to lady dire, now i'm stuck in an infinite loop wherei can't leave the conversation (choosing leave doen't do anything, neither having no bones/teddy)., i can just give her more bones/teddy.

ReplyDelete1. after helping the naked women by giving her 100g you get the option to tell her wife that she is cheating regardless if you have actually met her or not
2. in the mine when doing the part to collect more warpcrystals when going to the inner cave (that leads to the second boss battle) you can pause while your character walks up to the side of the entrance in that cutscene after doing so you are unable to move and even saving and reloading doesnt help.
I will have to check the cutscene out. Thanks for reporting it. About the woman, I am aware of the bug and I will be fixing it as soon as I start working again.
Deletecould it be that there is some bug with the smugglers? they disappear sometimes. also i haven't found a single illegal picture and i have killed many smugglers or are there some other bandits who have those?
ReplyDeleteYou should get the smugglers packages. Inside them there is a certain amount of chance to get some of the illegal paintings. They disappear on purpose, though it's the engine that makes you see it. Basically, they are meant to not be there all the time.

ReplyDelete1. Smugglers package items aren't linked to any event, so you can't open them from inventory. I have 99 now. "99 problems, (but a bitch ain't one)." I know, I'll stop.
2. The hide and seek quest bugs out after you teleport the girl to the inn in Fuar. She doesn't show up in the inn and her mom just mentions she's worried she'll get into trouble someday.
3. Just one screen east of that encounter everything is not solid, so you can walk on all of it. Including the water. Look Ma, I'm Jeebus!
4. Main Castle office, fully upgraded. The book on my desk wanders several paces south and gets stuck there, blocking all movement. The spot on the desk where it started out, however, is now something I can walk through. There are a few rooms of the fully upgraded castle where I can walk on everything, but that's the one I notice most.
5. Lej Vahk teleports to castle after I talk to her, but never seems to arrive there. Or else she's lost in some room I haven't discovered yet, even though everything seems to be fully upgraded.
6. Talking to the farmer gets them to talk about packing, but they never actually do so and travel to the castle.
7. Talking to Michelle outside the Everlight Barracks gets her group to leave for the castle, but they never arrive there.
8. The shrine of virility quest bugs out after you sleep with the priest and get cleaned off. (I didn't send the girl away). Quest log still says to talk to the priest, but she just tells you she's sorry and will find a better cleaner next time.
9. Head servant can hire maids, but not any other type of worker. Also the "more" option doesn't do anything. Clicking on anything but maids just ends conversation with her.
10. The garden arrangements seem to have paths on the edges, but they cannot be accessed or used.
11. Bottom of the guard room has a blocked off staircase going down, but I can't actually hire guards so no idea if this is a usable area.
12. I can walk through my throne and into the wall behind it.
13. I don't seem to be able to add anything to the museum. I'm not sure if that's a real bug or if you didn't get to it yet.
the people in the castle aren't implemented yet, so those are not bugs. you can't actually do much in the castle, so we will have to wait for the next releases.

ReplyDeletetheres a quest, started just north of the arena entrance in the second town( cant remember how to spell it) Rei &%**$ oak. After that(maybe before) one can walk north of Everlight to the girl with a tent that was just after the intro dungeon. Turn east and meet the snowy northern realms.
