A guy called Stranger told me about a possible fix he had tried for the freezing, and here is a test version with his fix! :D Hope it works! :) Haven't had much time, since I just started the game back up 20 minutes ago, but I wanted to let you guys test it to see if it fixes some of the instances. (Hopefully all :P)

Castle now freezes after 2nd noble is announced and 1st noble doesn't even leave.
ReplyDeleteAlso, wanted to report 2 bugs a had in the previous version.
If i decline the contest ( for the anal sex scences) of the merchant for the milking expansion farm quest, than the quest doesn't get finished when i return to julia ( if a accept the challange than it get, tested it)
The other was, in Rei-Long Oak, when i killed all the bandits before meeting with their leader, i didn't trigger the dialog on entering her room, and speaking to her gave me what i think her text she says after you accepted her proposal.
Thanks for the report, once I manage to fix the freezing issues I will go back to fixing the other bugs.

ReplyDeleteWell it doesn't seems to fix the actual freeze but maybe it'll stop from adding new freeze whenever you make an update.

events resolve the way they should, but the script prevents images/sprites from updating (as mensioned earlier), so using "set move route"-command with "wait x frames"-commandline for an event off-screen makes the game freeze

by the way this script has a built-in option to disable it by adding a suffix to an event's name, so freezes and the likes should be easy to fix
