So, now we have a new release. I can't promise they will be frequent from now on, but I'll try my best to release more. It is a fairly big chunk of new content, and there might be more than here.
The divinity system will be added soon, though I need a lot of stuff to add to it, so it's hard to do, but I'll try. I want to try and make the player actually feel strong instead of a weakling. This will be a semi-priority, since I know most players use programs to boost themselves, and the idea was that the player would be incredibly strong, so it shouldn't be needed. As such, I want to make the player stronger. Anyway, here we go!

-Added stuff so Leonora's party quest is now finishable.
-The concubine, Leonora, is now "unlockable". She might have more content with time, but her main storyline has reached the part where she is a full concubine, allowing the divine to request she joins him when he goes to bed at the castle.
-Added more to the main story
-Added Divinity system. Spend divinity points (gained from levelling up) to buy powerful new abilities or changes to the world. (Not added to the game yet, just in the system and will be added soon)
-Added sex scene to castle if the player had fully upgraded the upstairs hallways. The top right hallway, near the southern row of doors, has a 1/11 chance of starting the scene.
-Added sex scene in fuar in a house, if the player uses the bed. An old lady will mention the bed being available to the player, on the bottom floor.
-Added main quest content. (Added new area and goal after meeting the orcs.) (Added optional sex scene that may lead to a new character being introduced)
Fixes
-Fixed event at the Leonora party quest. You will now be invited into the house.
Upcoming:
-More fixes will be deployed in upcoming releases. There are many bugs, and some take a long time to fix so I will be adding some fixes to all releases, if possible, from now on. Please, add all bug reports to the discord bug section. Adding to the blog posts can work, though I don't always get to check back to earlier posts if I didn't get to fix it for the current release. Discord is ultimately the best place to report.
-I realised I have done something wrong for a long time. If you find events where the characters you speak with seem to weirdly not turn towards you, let me know which so I can fix them!
-I will be redoing the journal system. It is not at all transparent to anyone, me included, when I work with it. As such, there will be some things that will and won't be added for now, as I try to ready the game for it.
Please note any wonky stuff that happens to the journal in this period of time!

-I know that the random events on the world map end with the player staying in his "wagon" or "ship" form and I will fix soon, promise! For now, change clothes, that should work. (In divine's private room you can change clothes)
-I realise the player walks "on top of" the stuff at the docks in the player city. Will try and fix soon.

General info: The pornstash is unfortunately not a priority. Currently, I am going for some revamps and content that will help finish up the game. There isn't much left of the actual game, but my limited work time is making it drag out. As for the pornstash, it is a minor priority, and as such will not be worked on for the time being, though I will likely add something alongside the revamped systems, as I will be making things easier for myself.

Absolutely! Haha. I am currently just focusing on finishing the game though. I have many things I want to add, but for the time being it is just going to be what I feel like the game needs to be good and ready to finish. Like filling empty areas and finishing up lose ends. Now I am currently focusing on the main quest. But yes, absolutely!

So far I'm having a blast, but I encountered a gamebreaking bug and I'm not sure anyone mentioned it already - In the museum in the player castle on divines island, after accepting leonora as concubine and paying her fees, I cannot exit the museum anymore. the fourth aunt of the queen was also in the room as this happened.
ReplyDeletesadly, I couldnt load a previous save as I only had 2 at the moment and I foolishly saved over the one that could have saved me (or let me recreate the bug)

Deleteoh and another character was waiting for me at the entrance. this all happened after first open court, leonora and 4th aunt in the museum, since then i cannot exit certain areas (museum, great hall). hope this helps narrow it down

That is one hell of a bug. I can't actually find what might be causing it. Can you send me your savegame? I'll check it out there.

DeleteAnother question, when the two ladies from Rei Oak come to visit in regards to the paintings, one has a prostitute for you. You can have sex with her and offer to buy the prostitute... where do you go to buy her? Think her name is Catherine?
ReplyDeleteNot sure I'm doing this right, but I went to the party Leonora mentioned and talked to whoever I can and hyped up Leonora... however, I was told there were some people outside on the patio or somesuch, I looked, there was no one there. I can't seem to finish Leonoras quest, shes just talking about how she can't wait to see how the nobles react.
ReplyDeleteFound a bad glitch/bug. Doing allot of quests at once but was focusing on the brothel quest line. Had just had the sex scene with poison and was gonna head back to my castle to talk to the garden people. Got a message saying a ship was sighted. Wasn't paying attention to much to what they said but they did mention it possibly being some kind of legendary ship or something. Border the ship, went downstairs and there were a bunch of skeletons and a lich. Stomped em all but now I can't exit. I'm stuck downstairs on this ship. Can't teleport out cause "something inn this area is preventing you from teleporting". Only have one save and I did it just as I went downstairs so I'm 15 hours into the game and now have to start over. My fault for only having the one save, but still blows to have all that progress lost.
