So I made a small fix that just fixed the hiccup with the assassin not showing up. That's pretty much it lol xD

As for the scene in the castle. People seem to have only found the slum one :P
It is on the top floor, right side, next to the last right-going corridor. I think I remember making it there xD
I'll be addressing some questions in the next release that seem to pop-up every so often, and perhaps make a F.A.Q at some point.
Also, this question seems to pop up every so often:
"Can I transfer my save games".
Well, kimochi should do this for you, but if you manually download via MEGA you will need to go to your old ALONEXP folder and copy the "save 1 through save 4" files and add them to your old folder.

Ok looks like i still cant do the brothel quest with the workers in rei long oak.The old woman still doesn't help me with those workers do i have to play the game from the beginning?Or is there a way to start a new game plus or something

DeleteHi, i got a bug i think. I have it since the 7.4.4.2, i was hoping this update would fix it. It's the bug about summoning, i don't know when i got that bug. But now that i'm trying to summon a creature it tells me that i can only have one creature at the time. Which i don't have any. Is there a way to fix this by myself, or should i wait for a fix ? I could use a old save, but it'll be a bit annoying to lose 5 hours of gameplay :(
ReplyDeleteWell i kind of found a way around it, i started killing orcs south of Everlight (like 3 to 5) and then i could summon again. I hope it won't happen again in an embarassing place like a boss or something. Because my character is pretty weak even though i'm level 15 and got full Iron gear (which is the best i could find right now). Anyways, i hope it'll help people in the same situation as me. And thanks for the game by the way, it's a really awesome game! (Proof, i've spent like 7 hours trying to figure out how to fix the bug :p)

DeleteDumb question, where does Lej-Vhakh show up in the castle? I looked everywhere and couldnt find her. also, I couldnt find either of the new scenes neither the slums one nor the one in the castle, is there a pinpoint accuracy thing or is it more of an approach to activate?

ReplyDeleteI found a bug in the brothel quest. After speaking talking to the lady at the slums brothel, I go on to the quest to meet the lady in the house with a guard out front. I speak to the guard, get inside, then speak to the girl who is not willing to support the brothel publicly, yet. When I speak to her, she will say her first line, then the dialog box goes away, and I'm unable to move. I am speaking to her from below. The other lady walking around still walks, so the game didn't freeze, it appears it's just the dialog that froze. Let me know if you need further information, and keep up the great work on the game!
ReplyDeleteI did learn a way around this bug. The bug seems to occur only when speaking to the girl from the south, which makes sense since she moves south after speaking to her. To get around this bug, simply speak to her from the right side, as I did, and this will work.
DeleteI too am not able to find the assassin using the location you described in the last update. Seems like this bug still exists, even in the .2a update.

Added the divines barn at the castle. - Works fine.
Added cellar for the Capital brothel. - unable to complete due to bug that others have reported and I experience in the .2a update, I cannot find the assassin,s o I can't get far enough into Brothel quest in order for the cellar to be completed.
Added elven maids to the player castle - I had hired the maids in a previous version of the game, and it seems that I didn't inherit the new elven maids from that. It also appears I am unable to hire them again in order to view them, so this appears as a bug, unless possibly playing from a save before hiring the maids, but I haven't checked.
Go outside in the garden, and speak to the gardener at the entrance to the inner garden to get transported there. - This is how one gets to the barn area in the castle, and it works fine.
Added New sex encounters
1st is in the slums. - I have read that others have been able to find it south of the brothel, in the area with the necklace quest; however, I have checked ever area I can think of down there, so it may be a bug for me, I may just really suck at finding this, or this is bugged and some people have simply got it through having different variable values that are checked, not sure.
2nd is in the divines castle upper floor after hiring maids. - unable to test. Elven maids don't appear from having hired them in a previous version, and I'm unable to hire them again (I tried) to fix this.
Added new stuff to the brothel questline - I can't find the assassin, so am only able to get that far in this questline.
New sex scene for brothel - I am unable to get to this I assume through not being able to find the assassin.

DeleteDont know if it helps but the scene wouldnt play for me if it rained. Managed to get both the one in the slum and the church area one once it stopped raining.
DeleteThe scene has nothing to do with rain, it is just a 1/6 chance it will appear. If not you will need to leave the area and try again.
